General - "Ten Thousand And Counting"
A mix from some disheartened civilians to The Colonies' elite.
The concept: this mix is intended to be something compiled by people like us, whose way of life would have more or less halted after the cylon attack. They've lost their place in society, and these people are bored and frustrated. Their opinions are constantly being suppressed as the fleet's leaders continue to regard them as just a number to be added to the population. The mix is just a less-drastic attempt to be heard, instead of the popular riots and hostage situations. Disc 1 follows the theme of the mini-series/early season one, with the initial attack and its direct aftermath, whereas Disc 2 is focused more on the situation in season 2 onwards, including the whole Gaius ordeal.
...that sounds really geeky, doesn't it? Eh
In short, I made a mix & it's divided into two. We're ignoring any explicit Earth references and pretending the BSGverse has our music, just like it has Dylan. ^^
